Michael Ciuffo is the Founding Principal of Tenadio Corp and has more than 28 years of experience in Structured Finance and Litigation Funding. He has managed efforts in the banking, trading and sales groups within Fixed Income at various organizations such as Deutsche Bank, Bank of America and Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co (FBR) where he originated and securitized in excess of $30 billion of asset backed securities. Within the past 5 years, Michael has focused his efforts in Litigation Funding and Patent Analytics. Leveraging his Structured Finance and Litigation Funding experience along with relationships with law firms and capital sources, Michael has developed innovative funding structures for claimants seeking funding for patent infringement cases as well as other commercial cases.

Litigated in jurisdictions nationwide, including numerous district courts, the International Trade Commission, the Federal Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
